This Demo Day is where we learn together, connect, and turn ideas into action.
Fifteen Years of Innovation and Impact
Anniversaries are more than celebrating milestones. They are mirrors. This one reflects fifteen years of founders who built, learned, and moved forward, supported by mentors, partners, and investors who turned expertise into action. It also shows a pipeline of solutions that move the needle for growers, food producers, retailers, and consumers. And the birth and growth of a unique agrifoodtech innovation ecosystem.
We are celebrating the persistence behind progress. Prototypes became pilots, pilots became products, and now those products scale. The future of food is built by people who show up, share what works, and keep raising the bar. That is exactly what this day is about.
Demo Day in Action
This is not a one-way pitch marathon. Panels of mentors, investors, leading corporates, and the audience dive into each team’s most pressing challenge, helping founders plan their next steps, and refine their story.
Across the day, breakout sessions, one-on-one meetings, and focused pitch reviews spark new relationships and open doors to pilots and partnerships. A standout experience, our Food System Nexus VR game invites participants to explore real trade-offs and co-design a sustainable food future, sparking meaningful discussions.
Beyond the stage, you’ll walk the startup expo. Founders will show what is working in the field, the greenhouse, and the lab with hands-on demos and product tastings. You’ll see prototypes, trial data, and real user feedback side by side.
Who You Will Meet
On stage you will meet the 13th StartLife Accelerate cohort, including Nium, Ironic Biotech, Kayama Food, Tender Bio, Happy Plant Protein, Prevo Biotech, Aardaia, Symbiomatch, Smart Farm Robotix, Terra Change Solar, Hippotainer, and Lilliput Technologies. Each team is building toward pilots, proofs, and partnerships that matter.
Around the expo, you will also meet StartLife startups from recent years, such as Hudson River Biotech, Greencovery, Trabotyx, InsectSense, S&dB, and Grassa. Join guided tours to visit Cano–ela and Corvus Drones at the World Food Center, see their work up close, and explore collaboration opportunities.

How to Join
You can experience Demo Day in person at the Mauritskazerne at the World Food Center in Ede, or follow along online if you prefer a remote view. On site, you will get the full texture of the day: the hallway chats, the product demos, and the warm introductions that often start something new.
