Our clients rely on our platform to automate their responses to product specification queries they receive, as well as supplier risk assessments, enabling them to maintain high-quality standards, mitigate risks, and streamline procurement processes.

Requirements

  • 0 – 1 year of project management experience
  • Preferably BE/B Tech/BS degree in Computer Science /IT or MBA with IT background
  • Strong mediation and negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Good English communication skills

The candidate

  • Lead and manage one or more complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify business needs and opportunities that can be effectively addressed through strategic projects.
  • Develop and present project proposals to secure necessary approvals and resources prior to project initiation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders—including clients and internal teams—to create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define and allocate the required human and material resources to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation and workflows using tools such as Jira.
  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager, seeking guidance and feedback during key phases of each project to ensure successful outcomes.
