Do you want to play a key role in a fast-growing cleantech startup? At Thermeleon, you ensure that everything runs smoothly – from sales support to events, from HR to internal organization. You are the linchpin of the team.

Thermeleon is developing an innovative thermal battery for high-tech greenhouses. The system temporarily stores heat and makes it strategically available – enabling growers to consume less natural gas and drastically reduce their CO₂ emissions.

Our technology is already running in one of the most advanced greenhouses in the Netherlands. With ongoing projects involving WUR, TNO, and multiple growers, among others, we are on the verge of scaling up.

Requirements

  • You have 1–4 years of experience or are a strong starter with a sense of ownership.
  • You are extremely organized and love creating an overview.
  • You switch easily between tasks and teams
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You are proactive: you see work and take it on.
  • You feel at home in a startup where not everything is set in stone yet.

Pros

The candidate

Operations & organization

  • Structuring internal processes (Notion, planning, administration)
  • Assisting with financial and operational workflows
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and internal communication

Sales & marketing support

  • Assisting with pitch decks, proposals, and client documentation
  • Organizing demos, customer visits, and events
  • Contribute to social media, website, and content

HR & team support

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
  • Organizing team activities and culture
  • Contribute ideas regarding team structure and growth

Project & grant support

  • Assisting with grant applications and reporting
  • Structuring project information and documentation
