You will play a key role in designing operational tools, standardizing internal processes, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place for seamless scalability. While your core focus is on development and systems, you will also provide tactical support on-site as required to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), basic scripting (Python or others) is highly desirable for tools development.
- A strong interest in process design and the ability to create structured documentation for technical workflows.
- Comfortable with both "office-based" digital development and physical work in a workshop or greenhouse environment.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
The candidate

- Digital Systems: Design and refine internal digital to automate project tracking, inventory management, and technical data organization.
- Physical Tooling: Lead the design of physical tools, jigs, or equipment used during the installation process to improve on-site efficiency and precision.
Process Engineering & Documentation
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Update and improve comprehensive manuals and checklists that guide the team and external partners through the project lifecycle.
- Project Documentation: Ensure that all technical specifications, "as-built" records, and administrative documents are standardized and ready for handover.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose solutions to improve the deployment of Voltiris systems.
Operational & On-Site Support
- Field Support: Provide on-site assistance when necessary, supporting installation phases and verifying that procedures are being followed correctly.
- Operational Readiness: Support procurement and logistics by ensuring that all components and tools are staged and available for deployment.
What we offer
- The opportunity to build the actual tools and playbooks that will facilitate the scaling of a leading Swiss startup.
- Gain experience across the full operational spectrum, from digital tool creation to physical site implementation.
- Work directly with the Operations and Engineering leads on mission-critical projects.
