Jouke Kardolus

Since 2017 Jouke Kardolus supports various startups as Startup Business Coach at StartLife. With his background in plant breeding and expertise in food & agricultural innovation, he complements the team. Jouke brings in business knowledge, both from the multinational BASF for which he worked for 7 years in several positions and setting-up his own innovation consultancy in the first decade of this century. The entrepreneurs that he coaches at StartLife will benefit from his large and active network, always pointing to possible fits with new business partners, launching customers or people with specific know-how that can bring the startup further in their development.

In addition to his time invested in StartLife’s startups, Jouke is Senior Project Manager Agro & Food at Oost NL (East Netherlands Development Agency). He is primarily concerned with Business Development, strengthening Agro & Food business cases and building up new consortia related to sustainable and innovative agtech and food propositions.
