With two decades of rich experience spanning the corporate food landscape at KraftHeinz, SMEs, and startups/scaleups, Minerve is an experienced business and technical leader in innovation.

Minerve’s professional journey is marked by a unique blend of strategic foresight and practical dynamism, underpinned by her consumer-centric approach. Her international achievements include fostering strategic connections to boost business performance, steering organizations toward consumer-centricity and strategic agility, architecting and executing strategies and organizational frameworks, innovating product portfolios for both existing and new markets, and harmonizing new functional processes with business operations.

In addition to her time invested in StartLife’s startups, Minerve also works at Foodvalley, an ecosystem-based organization focused on entrepreneurship; she contributes her expertise to the Advisory Board Center.

She is eager to positively impact the world through helping to change behaviours and through technology. Her purpose is to drive sustainable and responsible growth of organisations through innovation by connecting people and helping them to see what the other side of the medal holds!
