About
Ciska is a hands-on corporate entrepreneur with a strong passion for the agrifood sector. As co-founder and CEO she launched a successful international corporate spin-out. Currently she is involved with initiating, developing and accelerating new business propositions in the context of Food System Transition within Rabobank. As a former corporate venture builder, she co-developed multiple propositions for several big corporates.
Her strength is an unstoppable drive to understand customer’s problems and subsequently test, (in)validate and iterate on a solution that solves the problem and turns the solution into a profitable business model. Her expertise covers the spectrum from idea phase up to and including product-market fit.
