Erik van Gangelen is above all a foodie and a techie and, naturally, this makes him good food entrepreneur. He has had successes and failures. Danced on the table and cried under it. Currently he is one of the owners of Brandplant, a Benelux food (ingredients) and softdrinks distributor. He has developed his own food products, set up multiple (co-) production processess, created brands and raised money more than once. Plus, he mentors Deeptech/AI startups at TU Delft.
