I am a senior innovation and leadership professional with over 20 years of experience across the food & agri-food ecosystem, spanning corporates, startups, scale-ups and ecosystem organization. My background includes roles within global FMCG companies like KraftHeinz, accelerators like Startlife, and  NGO like Foodvalley, where I have worked at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth.

I am passionate about supporting founders who are building solutions for more resilient, sustainable, and future-proof food systems. As a mentor, I bring a strategic and pragmatic perspective, helping entrepreneurs create clarity in complexity, make sound decisions at critical moments, and move from ambition to focused execution.

My strengths lie in strategic direction-setting, innovation leadership, ecosystem and partnership thinking, and mobilising people around a shared vision. I particularly enjoy working with founders on scaling challenges, leadership development,  organizational dynamics, and navigating the human and strategic dimensions of growth.
